Community Liaison Committee

The Bath Plant is a committed member of the local community. Part of our commitment is to ensure regular communication with local residents, elected officials, government agencies, environmental organizations and other stakeholder groups. To foster this communication, and to encorage community dialogue and a mutual understanding of key enviornmental issues, the Lafarge Bath plant has established a Community Liaison Committee.

Lafarge's Community Liaison Committee meets with representatives from the Bath Plant several times a year.  This committee helps to communicate information to the larger community, and to provide lafarge with feedback.

The committee represents many different sectors of the community, including local businesses, resident's associations and community groups.  Additional participants include nearby city councils and regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Environment and the Health Unit.  In seeking out a diverse membership, the Bath Plant hopes to reach all members of the community, to address any questions or concerns that may exist.

If you have an issue that you would like to discuss with your local representative, please contact the plant, either by phone or by email.  We would be happy to put you in touch with the appropriate committee member.
