LLPD Program

Aggregates and Concrete Division’s LLDP

The Lafarge Leadership Development Program (LLDP) is a developmental program for entry-level engineers that provides in-depth exposure to operational areas such as quality control, plant operations, and sales.

LLDP Program Overview

The LLDP is tailored to the individual employee, and usually takes approximately 18 to 24 months to complete. Upon successful completion of the program, the individual will be considered for advanced opportunities within the organization. Personal growth is dependent on the individual's career plans and demonstrated performance against business objectives. Lafarge is committed to ensuring a positive and proactive training experience for all employees. The program is a blend of both hands-on experience and classroom training courses. It focuses on developing a well-rounded understanding of the construction materials industry and on the reinforcement of leadership principles and practices.
