Lafarge Roberta Recycles

Lafarge is always looking for ways to reduce waste and incorporate recycled products in our manufacturing process. After the Alabama Environmental Council (AEC) lost its recycled glass processor, Lafarge’s nearby Roberta Plant agreed to accept the glass for use in the cement-manufacturing process. The arrangement turned out to be a win-win situation for both the AEC and Lafarge.
