Lafarge BlockSet is about innovation and value through new product development.  While BlockSet enhances block performance, it also can mean savings for block manufacturers through faster production time.

BlockSet can be used to replace ordinary portland cement at rates between 20 to 30 percent in most block plants and provides 1-day PSI strengths equal to, or better than, straight portland cement.  BlockSet can also be used in the production of normal-weight block, light-weight block, and concrete pavers.  These CMUs can be used in residential or commercial work, above or below grade.
